What’s with the name?
Wolaco stands for Way of Life Athletic company. We believe firmly that a healthy life leads to a happy life and we strive everyday to create products that support an active way of life.
WOLACO isn’t just a name written across our product’s waist band. It isn’t just a logo or a brand name. WOLACO is a choice, an action, and a way of life. As young professionals entering the “real world”, we realized it was one of the first times we had the opportunity to shape the person we wanted to be. Realizing that movement, exercise, and overall health and wellness makes us more efficient, more ambitious, and more effective humans, we set out to create a product that embodies this Way Of Life.
How do you think about designing products?
We’re athletes ourselves so we take pride in designing products that we want to wear. That means sourcing new and interesting performance fabrics from around the world designed for comfort and durability. With you in mind, premium fabric quality and stitching is our priority. Always.
Which phones fit in WOLACO’s compression pockets?
All of our compressions are compatible with every generation of iPhone, even the iPhone 13 Max. A bulky phone case may affect functionality, but our current media pocket is 6.6" height x 3.6" width and stretches!
How do I wash my WOLACO compression gear?
Normal wash with cold water and soap is all you need!

When will you release new colors?
We like to release new colors seasonally so when the weather starts changing, you can be sure that our product development team is in the lab conjuring up the new flavor of the season.

What is WOLACO’s return policy?
We want you to love your WOLACO gear. That’s why we offer complimentary pre-paid return labels for easy returns and exchanges within the U.S. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you have received an item that has visible damage upon arrival, please take a picture and send to email@example.com to request a new item or refund.
How to return/exchange your item:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund or exchange.
2. Pack the items you're returning.
3. Print your return shipping label. If you haven’t received it yet, we’ll send it to you soon.
4. Attach the label to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
5. Give the package to USPS. Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it.

Where do you ship?
Most places on Earth. Plans are in the works to support shipment to Mars in 2024.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
All U.S. orders ship for free! Shipping domestically in the United States can take anywhere from 3-5 business days upon order finalization.
For our friends in other areas of the world, expect delivery 3 weeks upon your order. Due to increased demand globally, we’re working hard to cut down on this time for you.

Any tips for holiday purchases?
Santa’s elves need to place orders by 12pm EST on 12/13 (standard shipping) or 12pm EST on 12/17 (expedited shipping) for delivery by 12/24.
Orders placed before 12/31 are eligible for return for refund within 30 days of receipt, and return for exchange or store credit within 60 days of receipt. (In other words, the gift recipient has plenty of time!)
