"I am a fan of Wolaco products and I am willing to pay a premium for innovation and quality. Running tights, full leg and shorts, in various colors, love them. Tank tops - light and comfortable and well fitting - love them too. THAT SAID, I regrettably bought two pairs of these "chrome series mesh warren shorts" - the black and the grey. They are 1990 champion mesh shorts with a fancy silver logo on the leg. Absolutely no value here at all. Disappointing enough to motivate me to write this negative review. Something I almost never do."

Expensive gym shorts, hoping you’ll listen
"Mine are fine but won’t be buying more unless…why not a fourth pocket, right rear, zippered, wallet size? Or another right leg zippered phone sized pocket? Why not wider, deeper phone pockets that accept iPhone Pro sized phone with case on? Why not move them back a bit so their contents are behind one’s quads to smooth the profile instead of creating bulges? Why not a towel/t-shirt tunnel or loop in back center? Should I mention the pedestrian fabric? C’mon guys. Your brand positioning is elite, do better, more technical features and value, not more logo!"

"I love these shorts. Great material, well-constructed. The BEST feature is the zipper pocket that sits on the side of the shorts, right on the hip. I can actually go jogging and keep my phone snug & secure in my pocket. No other shorts have this. . . brilliant!"

Fabric was thicker than expected
"I read a number of positive reviews on these shorts, so decided to order. The construction and quality looked good, but the material was of a heavier weight than I wanted and expected. . I’m aware this exact feature is a benefit for CrossFit workouts for durability. I prefer a lighter, more supple material for my HIIT and weight training. The cut was also more boxy than I wanted for my slim, athletic build."
