Bad customer service. Wrong order sent.

"They sent me the wrong size and wrong product type. When I asked about it, it took over a day to respond saying I had to repackage it and send it back and then they would send me the right product. They could not refund me despite the fact that it was the wrong order and their fault. This makes no sense. Any other company would send me the right product right then and there or refund me OR at least offer me a discount on a future order. Go shop at Janji."

Can the sidepocket fit an iPhone 14 Pro Max?
Hi Nick, These fit all iphones however, if you have a thicker case you may need to remove it.
Any chance of getting a thin water bottle or collapsable flask in the outer leg pocket, or would that be too tight and not work well?

Are the short supposed to be really tight/compressive? I bought a medium based on rec on site and they don’t really feel like a traditional compressive short.
Hey! Are they too loose for you? They are meant to be compressive but comfortable and not constricting. It could be worth trying to size down if that is what you are looking for.
I have the sprint half tight and love them. What’s the difference between them and the distance half tight? Is it more pockets or is anything else different too?
Hey! Distance has additional storage on the back of the shorts. Great for nutrition, sunglasses on longer runs. That is the primary difference between the two.
Will you be coming out with any shorter sizes? I’m a short person so a 6” inseam would be great!
